No. Every new account gets 30 days of Premium without a card. When it ends, your account moves to Basic. We never charge you unless you choose a plan.
What happens to my data if I move to Basic?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every record and Money Profile you've made. Basic just limits new ones: you can't add a second Money Profile, and bank connections pause until you upgrade.
How do I cancel?
From Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Basic. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, we'll refund that payment in full.
Which banks can I connect?
Your billing country is where you live. UK billing, paid in pounds, connects both UK and Nigerian banks. Nigerian billing, paid in naira, connects Nigerian banks only. Because UK bank connections cost more to provide, they are not available with Nigerian billing. We’ll never switch your plan or charge you without asking.
When will bank connections be available?
Read-only bank connections are being tested. They switch on once our regulated banking partner approves Pennora, and we'll name the supported banks when they do. Until then, Plus and Premium include unlimited scans, more Nora and more Money Profiles.
Can I pay in naira?
Naira billing for people in Nigeria is coming soon. Until then, Nigerian accounts keep the free trial and the Basic plan.
Does a higher plan give financial advice?
No. Every plan gives you the same kind of help: tools and explanations to understand your own money. Pennora doesn't give regulated financial advice on any plan.
